送貨服務收費

 

我們為香港、九龍及新界一般地區住宅及工商業地址單一訂單購買滿港幣$800元以上的訂單,提供一次免費送貨上門服務。

單一訂單金額未滿港幣$800元的訂單,將收取港幣$100元正送貨服務費。

 

送貨服務時間及範圍覆蓋

 

截單時間:逢星期五下午5點,按以下時段下周派送

港島區、九龍區

  • 星期一至五 (11am~6pm)

新界區 

  • 葵青荃 星期一至五 (11am~6pm)
  • 沙田 - 星期一至五 (11am~10pm)
  • 大埔、粉嶺、上水、元朗、天水圍、屯門 星期一至五:(6pm~10pm)

    離島區 (暫不提供服務)

    星期六、日:請向客戶專員查詢。

    *所有車輛可以直達或有電梯的住宅及工商業地址均可派送,而村屋及沒有電梯的唐樓亦提供有限度送貨服務。

    *部份偏遠地區除外

     

      

    送貨須知

     

    所有已確認的訂單,會馬上進行訂單處理,不能取消或更改訂單。

    送貨地址更改﹕請於下單後24小時內通知,過後將不受理。

    如閣下於送貨當天更改送貨地址,將會收取附加費用。費用需與送貨員協議,請以現金方式繳付。如果我們沒有收到更改地址的通知而又未能聯絡閣下,我們將會自行處理貨品,並不會為此安排退款。

    為了保障我們運輸團隊的安全,當遇上八號或以上烈風或暴風信號懸掛、或黑色暴雨警告生效、或道路嚴重阻塞期間,貨服務將會暫停。 如路況恢復安全,我們團隊將會立即恢復服務,屆時會聯絡閣下以安排送貨時間。

    由於我們無法控制天氣或交通狀況導致的延誤,因此我們無法取消訂單或退款。

    如派送地址為村屋,送貨員只能提供村口交接或車輛可以直接到達的位置交收。

    任何沒有升降機服務或受限制送貨之地址,我們最多可徒步2層送貨,司機亦有權要求客人到大堂收貨。若送貨地址高於2層,您可選擇到地下交收;或繳付每額外樓層港幣$20之附加費。屆時請以現金方式繳付予送貨員。

     

    Delivery service charge

     

    We provide one-time free door-to-door delivery service for a single order of residential, industrial and commercial addresses in general areas of Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories.

    Orders with a single order amount of HK$250 to 349 will be charged a service fee of HK$50;

    Orders with a single order amount of less than HK$250 will incur a service charge of HK$100.

     

    Delivery service time and scope coverage

     

    Order cut-off time: every Friday at 5:00 pm, and will be delivered next week according to the following time slots:

    Hong Kong Island, Kowloon

    Monday to Friday (11am~6pm)

    New Territories

    • Kwai Tsing Tsuen-Monday to Friday (11am~6pm)
    • Shatin-Monday to Friday (11am~10pm)
    • Tai Po, Fanling, Sheung Shui, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun-Monday to Friday: (6pm~10pm)
    • Outlying Islands (No service available yet)

    Saturday and Sunday Delivery: Please check with us.

    *All vehicles can be delivered directly to residential, industrial and commercial addresses with elevators, while village houses and tenement houses without elevators also provide limited delivery services (please refer to Delivery Notice).

     Delivery notice

    All confirmed orders will be processed immediately, and orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

    Delivery address change: Please notify within 24 hours after placing the order, after that, it will not be accepted.

    If you change the delivery address on the day of delivery, an additional fee will be charged. The fee needs to be agreed with the deliveryman and please pay in cash. If we do not receive the notification of the change of address and fail to contact you, we will handle the goods by ourselves and will not arrange a refund for this. In order to ensure the safety of our transportation team, cargo services will be suspended when the gale or storm signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, the black rainstorm warning is in effect, or the road is severely blocked. If the road conditions return to safety, our team will resume service immediately and will contact you to arrange the delivery time.

    Since we cannot control the delays caused by weather or traffic conditions, we cannot cancel orders or refunds.

    If the delivery address is a village house, the deliveryman can only provide delivery at the village entrance or a location where the vehicle can reach directly.

    For any address without lift service or restricted delivery, we can deliver goods on foot up to 2 floors, and the driver also has the right to request customers to collect the goods in the lobby. If the delivery address is higher than the second floor, you can choose to go underground for delivery; or pay a surcharge of HK$20 per additional floor. Please pay in cash to the deliveryman at that time.
